has played an active and pivotal role in the real estate
industry and is well respected among his peers and industry's
elite. He has also participated in several court hearings
as an expert witness in matters pertaining to property
practices and transactions. |

was one of the first and last Council Member of the then
Association of Singapore Realtors (ASR) from 1989 to 1998.
He is also one of its Founder and Fellow Member when the
Institute of Estate Agents (IEA) was inaugurated in 1998.
He served with the Executive Council for two consecutive
terms as Honourary Secretary from 1998 to 2002. He has
served as President of the Institute of Estate Agents
from 2004 to 2005. He is a Member of FIABCI-Singapore
Chapter. |

skills. He has a wide, deep and insightful knowledge
and experience of the property market in Singapore.He
has attended seminars and presented talks on real
estate related issues both locally and overseas
as part of his commitment to constantly upgrade

at the 57th FIABCI World Congress in Bangkok in
2006. He In this regards, he thrives on challenges
and constant learning to become a dominant realtor
